After many years of working in the computing industry managing Director Mark Ray MCSE, saw an opportunity to service small to medium businesses with professional support options.

He realised that helping businesses to make the best use of their IT systems allowed them to concentrate on their own business.

This is a philosophy which we still apply to every client we have, help them to achieve their business goals through better use of IT.

We aim our services at the small to medium businesses that cannot necessarily afford an IT support team, often they will have an "expert" who knows a little bit and therefore get given the task of looking after the system, and whilst this is ok, it is not the best answer for the long term.
